Ricardo Aviles

Ricardo’s path to game development was unconventional. Growing up, he always loved video games and dreamed of becoming a developer. However, it never seemed realistic to him so, instead, he chose to study neuroscience. A turning point came during college when he joined a VR game development project outside of his major. This experience solidified his love for game development, but also challenged his career path. The turning point came when he was chosen for the IGDAF Diverse Game Developer Exchange program, where he found himself motivated by the guidance and knowledge of developers he met. This inspired Ricardo to fully commit to his dream. Since then, he has dedicated himself to skill development through game creation and collaboration with fellow developers.
